The beer pours out as an opaque, pinkish-red hue; fairly thin head initially that fades some and gets patchy. A most incredibly aroma of raspberries; amazingly intense smelling; raspberry pie. The taste builds on the aroma; tart and fruity, highlighting the raspberry aspect; pie dough and crust; cherry soda. Heavy body; dense and velvety; outstanding acidic undertone.
It's a rare event when I rate anything a '5', but the aroma kills with this beer. The taste and feel are a real treat. The oats and wheat used in the grain bill certainly add to the exquisite mouthfeel. While not my style of beer, I am glad to have tried this sour smoothie.

Drekker Raspberry Snickerdoodle Slang Du Jour Sour à la Mode, 6.3% ABV. Pours opaque dark red with a half-finger light-pink head that left light lacing. Aroma is raspberry, strawberry, and snickerdoodle. Taste is a nice mashup of raspberry and strawberry, plus plum to take the tart edge off, and snickerdoodle, moderately sweet and equally tart. Excellent thick and smooth/creamy mouthfeel, and a little sticky. Overall outstanding.
