Poured from a 16 ounce can dated 7-24-24 into a tulip glass at 49 degrees.
Look- Pale gold, opaque, plentiful visible particulate at the margins, sudsy white head, below average head retention and lacing, leaves granular residue on glass wall.
Smell- Pineapple, vanilla, high strength of scent.
Taste- Pineapple, passionfruit, vanilla, highly sweet, very mildly sour, high strength of flavor.
Feel- Full body, average carbonation, nectar like, moderately mouth coating, mildly mouth warming, very mildly sour, highly sweet.
Overall- Appearance was pale gold and opaque with below average head retention and lacing. The bouquet was a pleasant, but simple, mix of pineapple and vanilla with the promised passionfruit being undetectable. Flavor was a delicious mix of pineapple, passionfruit and vanilla with high intensity. Feel was an outstanding full body with mild sourness and high sweetness. It was nectar like with mouth warming and coating characteristics. Overall this was a great beer with superb feel and flavor that provided a wonderful drinking experience.
