Oh lawd... We took this sundae sour and baked it up with a mountain of confetti cake, filled it with cherry and raspberry jelly then covered it in frosting and plopped a candle on top. It’s our party and we’ll Chonk if we want to!

Tall can poured into a tulip:
L: Pours a thick, chunky red, like beet juice. Not much head - whatever was there faded right away. Rim of pink bubbles with a big, gloopy island on top.
S: Aromas of fruit, obviously. It's dark fruit - the cherry and raspberry are easiest to identify. Probably something pastry, but my nose isn't the best.
T: Follows the nose. It's tart up front with flavors of cherry and raspberry, but there is something cakey underneath. Vanilla, sweet, of course. The tartness isn't overwhelming.
F: Thick, like the chunks of fruit on the glass. Quite silken, but also creamy and coating. Mid to full on body.
First time having a Drekker, so this is an interesting experiment for me. Hard for me to figure. While I have had some kettle sours before, this sort of thing is so far from the usual concept of beer... but I can't resist a cat on the label. And this is very easy Thursday drinking.

Drekker Chonk All Caked Up Fruited Sour, 6.3% ABV. Pours thick and opaque dark red, with a ring of pink bubbles that left puree residue. Aroma is cherry, raspberry, cake batter, and ice cream. Flavor is mainly raspberry and cherry, followed by cake and ice cream, moderately tart, equally sweet. Excellent smooth mouthfeel, overall excellent.
