Is this cowboy times? Deploy Anti-Cowboy Measures was step mashed with an all Bohemian floor-malted Pilsner malt bill and hopped with Czech Saaz for a super clean, crispy, bready flavor and a light grassy & honey aroma. This beautifully simple Czech Lager is incredibly delicious, hella crushable, and awfully useful for keeping bad cowboys away.

Drekker Deploy Anti Cowboy Measures Czech Pilsner, 5.5% ABV. Pours pale yellow with a nice four-finger white head that left great lacing. Aroma is malty. Taste is malty, bready, faintly sweet, moderately bitter. Crisp mouthfeel, overall very good.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear light golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 5-6. (4.00)
Aroma: Strong aromas of lemon citrus, pale malts, lemon citrus, yeast and bread. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of Paramount, yeast, bread. Smooth pelts, and some bitter and salted nuts off the end. (4.00)
Feel: Medium body, strong combination, finishes, yeasty, balanced, and clean. (4.00)
Compared to Bauhaus Wonderstuff 1/25: Pours lighter, stronger aromas. More lemon citrus, yeast. Less smooth bread. Cleaner.
Compared to Modist I Bring You Love 1/25: Pours lighter, stronger aromas. Less earthy oak and yeast. Less salt. More tart lemon citrus. Sweeter.
to Off Color Tooth and Claw 4/25: Pours darker, milder aromas. Less bright lemon and yeast. More smooth lemon and bread. Sweeter. Winner: Off Color
to Venn Pils 5/25: Pours hazier, more bright yeast. Less smooth lemon bread. Brighter and cleaner. Winner: Drekker
