Boo Caught Me Sleepin’ was brewed with Pilsner, Chit, Spelt and Flaked Oats and hopped with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo and Idaho 7. It features notes of apricot, candied grapefruit, cantaloupe, honeydew and lychee.

Hazy gold pour, cream colored head. Nose is mild tropical.
Taste is creamy grains, stone fruit, Meyer lemon, melon. Soft mouthfeel. Finish is mild fruit with a resiny and citrus tang.

Murky pale golden pouring beer with a super thick white head. Great head retention, but minimal lacing.
Light tropical aroma that is dominated by the hops.
Taste - It does have a tropical flavor profile to it. There's some mango and there's melon on the back.
Juicy body. Somewhat soft. Some bitterness feeling.
Not bad for what it is.

Flavor: Strong flavors of deep berries, tropical melon, some earthy pine and tangerine. Tropical and smooth. Clean. (4.00)
Feel: Medium-body, strong carbonation. Finish is smooth, lightly tropical. Smooth. (4.25)
Overall: A nice NEIPA from Drekker with a pleasant hop combo of Mosaic and Idaho 7. Nice balance of tropical and earthy citrus flavors. Very flavorful, drinkable and smooth. Excellent. (Rating: 4.09)

Drekker Boo Caught Me Sleepin' IPA, 6.5% ABV. Pours hazy pale-yellow with a four-finger off-white head that left great lacing. Aroma is malt and fruit. Taste is malty, light pine, and spelt. Decent dry mouthfeel, overall very good.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours hazy yellow orange with a fluffy white head. Smells of orange and other tropical and citrus fruit. Tastes of bright citrus and tropical fruit. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
