What’s this? Well lookie here, it’s a brand new IPA and killer collab with our buddies from Derive Brewing Company. How Strange It Is was brewed with pilsner, flake wheat, spelt and chit before getting hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Kohia Nelson and Idaho 7. This batch of bubbs features a southern hemisphere terroir with strong passion fruit, stone fruit, and orange citrus notes.

Pours a hazy pale straw color with a pristine white head. Tropical fruit aroma. Orange juice, too. Taste is quite soft and pleasant. Sweetness noticeable but not overwhelming. Citrus rind, juicy.
Just pleasant, easy to drink.

Drekker/Derive collab How Strange It Is NEIPA, 6.6 ABV. Pours hazy golden with a nice 3+ finger white head that left lots of lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is orange, rind, slightly sweet, faintly bitter. Juicy mouthfeel, overall most excellent.
