Drekker Bit By The Party Animal DNEIPA, 8.4% ABV. Pours hazy orange with a four-finger off-white head that left a ton of lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Taste follows, plus berry and pine, moderately sweet, slightly bitter. Nice and juicy mouthfeel, overall outstanding. I'm calling BS on the various sites who aren't calling this a NEIPA. It is.

Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (10% clarity) medium to pale dusky orange color with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)

Aroma: Strong aromas of orange, tangerine, tropical, peach, peach, O rings, strawberry smoothie. (4.00)

Flavor: Strong flavors of orange, grapefruit upfront. Followed by smooth and tropical, peach and strawberry smoothie. (4.00)

Feel: Medium body, strong, carbonation, finishes, tropical with a moderately sweet finish. (4.00)

Compared to Toppling Goliath Mind Your Unwind 6/25: Pours darker, milder head. Stronger aromas. More tropical peach and strawberry smoothie. Less melon, grape, berries. Winner: Toppling Goliath

Overall: Great hop combo of Idaho 7, Nelson, Nectaron. Intensely tropical flavors of peach cream and strawberry smoothie. Interesting flavors here from the hop combo and very smoothie-esque. You'd really think there was peach or strawberry juice added here. (Rating: 4.00)

Pours a pale banana yellow with one finger of foamy head. Nose is citrus (grapefruit, orange, mango, melon), piney, and grassy. Taste follows the nose with a very nice balance of citrus and piney notes. Mouthfeel is a medium-to-full (creamy, juicy body) with moderate carbonation. Finish leaves a creamy sweetness, most akin to grapefruit and melon, but the piney hop bitterness persists and cuts through that sweetness to round things out.
