Poured from a 16 ounce undated can into a tulip glass at 47.5 degrees F.
Appearance- Light brown-pink, opaque, multicolored visible particulate, medium brown-pink curdled head, above average head retention and lacing, granular residue on glass wall.
Aroma- Cucumber, cinnamon, coconut, lime, watermelon, medium strength of scent.
Flavor- Watermelon, coconut, lime, high strength of flavor.
Mouthfeel- Medium body, average carbonation, silky, highly sweet, highly sour, moderately dry finish, mildly mouth coating.
Overall- Light brown-pink color and opaque with a head of similar color that looked clumpy and curdled. The bouquet was a mix of cucumber and cinnamon with coconut, lime and watermelon layered in. This missed the mark from the listing on the can of watermelon, strawberry, pineapple, coconut, key lime and sea salt. The flavor was closer to the promised list on the can, but I couldn't detect any strawberry or pineapple. The mouthfeel consisted of medium body with high sweetness and sourness and a moderately dry finish. Overall, the appearance of this beer was not at all appealing and the aromatics and flavor missed the mark on the promised flavors. The mouthfeel was thinner than expected and the mouth coating properties were too mild.
