Greetings, weirdos! We’d like to introduce you to Gus, a non-satanic black goat. We didn’t summon him, he simply showed up one morning, wearing a robe and politely insisting that he has no sinister motives.
Gus would never sacrifice his friends.
Or strangers.
Or even that one guy who cut him in line.
He would also would never sacrifice his taste buds or subject them to anything less than a killer brew.
Non-Satanic Black Goat is a Tmavé-style Czech Dark Lager with a complex malt profile and an easy-drinking finish featuring notes of toffee, chocolate and dark fruit that proves dark beers can be friendly, approachable and extremely well-behaved.

Look: gorgeous thick head darker than you expect SRM is 32 like a Munich dunkle... Lacing down the glass
Smell: malt, saaz hops, and something sweet- spicy (not nutmeg) sharper.
Taste: malt sweetness with toffee caramel and a chocolate notes .. I expected saaz hops. They're probably there But there's another note... I didn't have a word for it... It's making me curious... Maybe citrus not orange Not acidic like lemon...hmm.
Mouthfeel: medium body surprisingly low alcohol... Adequate carbonation... It was bright.. a high note will balanced not bitter
Overall: It's got my head spinning it's delicious... I'm trying to figure out the marketing name... I don't even know the brewery... First time... I'm going to have to have another
