16oz can, adhesive label. Bottom stamp says 'IT'LL GIVE YOU A COMPLEX', no other dating information found.
Rhubarb red colored body, clarity is dense. Pinkish colored head, and this sits around as a frothy island. Leaves behind some meringue lacing.
Most of the aroma goes to strawberry, with minor additions of chocolate and vanilla. Quite aromatic.
Taste is sweet and fruity. Flavors of strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. Also lemon, graham cracker, and lactose. Aftertaste is strawberry for the most part.
Thick mouthfeel. Some tartness from the lemon and strawberry. No bitterness. Very good carbonation.
Pastry sour that draws a resemblance to Neapolitan Ice Cream, but mostly expresses strawberry.
