Another Jungle Jim's single find, this one a tall can poured into a pilsner glass. This pours mostly gold with a strong white head. Smells light, sour, reminiscent of gin and grains. The taste is certainly interesting. Rather than sour, which I know Pretentious is about, it's... well, it's a lager, as advertised. It is grainy in a good way and I quite like it. Then there is that weird hint of gin right behind the malt. I'm not sure how well those two flavors mix. It's strange. Body is mid, lightly carbonated, and not the problem here. The slighty sweet but smoky aftertaste is definitely an acquired taste.

A - Medium gold appearance with dense white lacing andf light carbonation.

S - Light sweet grainy malt with a slight bit of Gin int he background.

T - Light sweet malt and Gin on the finish.

M - Medium body with gentle carbonation.

O - Nice gin citrus finish!
