From the 12 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74! Cheers Dude!
This solid ESB pours a luminous chill hazed amber with a nice head of
white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin layer, and sports some nice lacing.
Nose of toasted malts, peach, pear, toffee, and breaded malts. Flavors hit the
mark of an excellent ESB with caramel, toffee, peach, apricot, subtle apple,
toasted malts, breaded malts, and and balanced mild hops. Mouth feel is
medium, medium light carbonation, smooth, and finishes lightly sweet with
excellent balance.
Overall, the best ESB I have had in quite awhile!
Cheers

12 ounce can, canning date is smudged but think this was just released over the past month or so. Served in a Land Grant pint glass, the beer pours a mostly clear amber color with about an inch off-white head that stuck around a while. There's also a decent amount of lacing. The brew smells like toasted and bready malt, caramel, stone fruit and toffee. The taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's the addition of some apricot flavor too. I do think the toasted/bready malt and stone fruit flavors stand out to me here. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall ESB, a nice easy drinking brew that's certainly worth picking up!
