Our saison is fermented entirely in oak barrels with a magical blend of Belgian and Brettanomyces yeast. Months of aging lend this ale its soft notes of tropical fruit, wine soaked oak, and glorious funk

Pours a light yellow/golden color with finger width carbonated head. Head retention is good. Lacing is very good. Nice farmhouse funky aroma. The Brett prevails! Big Belgian Brett taste with a good funky edge at the end. There are notes of citrus there as well. Medium bodied with higher than normal carbonation.
