750ml corked and caged bottle poured into a couple of snifters appears clear yellow in color with a white head.
The aroma is lemon and then vinous with brett earthiness and mild oak inclusion.
The taste is tart and lemony, mildly vinous with a slight oak aftertaste.
This is light in body with modest carbonation. A good, easy drinking tart saison with pleasant nuance.
