A- The coloration is very interesting here, that being a shade of orange with reddish pink hues in the background....the clarity is hazy overall but not fully opaque. The carbonation is wild in this, with a super aggressive swirl of gaseous little bubbles rising in a very un-uniform manner, producing a very white head that seems to be holding steady at a solid 3/4 to one full finger in thickness. The lacing doesn't account for much of anything, only leaving behind an oily looking film. Overall a nice looking Ale!

S- Plenty of sweet summer strawberry notes, with a creamy vanilla, and maybe even a bit of orange zest blended in. Underlying aromas of sweet dairy cream, milkshake like sweetness and some amber malt robustness. The finish is not bitter at all, but has a slight tartness about it, and it makes my mouth water!

T- The flavors are all subtle overall, but the strawberries and cream generalization is quite thirst quenching yet flavorful enough.....it reminds me of a dessert of strawberry ice cream and/or a locally made milkshake. Some fresh berry fruit is noted, slight malt richness, and the finish shows flavors of muted hop but it is mainly fruity. It is quite nice again!

M/O- The carbonation is plentiful and based on the look, I would have thought that this would be super zesty and aggressive, however, it is not. What you get is solid popping on the palate, but the bubbles are rather fine and provides decent tingle. The body is not thin at all, but rather more in the medium range and definitely coats the palate somewhat. Im enjoying this on a 35 degree day so can tell you that this makes a more than acceptable Summertime quencher, and I think is highly drinkable....the alcohol is hidden well, and provides a gentle balance between sweet and tart. I don't think this is being made anymore but hope I'm wrong and can try this out again in the future!
