Sour. Salty. Citrusy. A German style wheat beer that was soured with a special Lactobacillus blend and brewed with lime peel, orange peel and sea salt. Spelt was used to impart a nutty flavor that compliments the bread-like qualities from the malt/wheat. A lightly tart ale with a crisp and refreshing flavor reminiscent of a margarita on the rocks with a salted rim.
