@FBarber sent this my direction during NBS BIF #13.

Pale clear yellow body with a massive head despite a moderately careful pour. Sticky bubbles and beautiful lacing.

Nose is an interesting profile, especially for a pils. Lemon and... like melon maybe? It's almost got like a slight funk to it as well. I'm not sure I've ever gotten quite that profile off a beer before, especially not within the style. Very interesting.

The taste doesn't have this same unique character, presenting with a lovely clean/neutral malt character. Lightly nondescript hops... maybe peaches and cream? Subtle earthy bitterness.

Body is incredibly smoothe and creamy. Nice little pricks of carbonation. Bitter finish lingers very subtly and invites the next sip.

This is incredibly refreshing and matches another scorcher of an afternoon quite nicely. Thanks Frank for sending this my direction, I'm enjoying it quite a bit!!

Gifted by @FBarber. Canned on 2/24/2020 and poured into a pilsner glass. It pours a cloudy, pale golden-straw color with a thin, creamy, bright white cap and soapy lacing. It's highly effervescent with lots of bubbles ascending the glass giving it a champagne appearance. The nose features grains, lemon, a hint of orange peel, and hoppy spice notes. The taste opens with tart lemon peel and pilsner grain. There are subtle hints of peach and herbs from the Cashmere hops. The Warrior hops add notes of bitter pine and spice. Despite myriad tastes it's quite dry and grassy. It has a crisp, lite mouthfeel with lively carbonation and at only 5.1% ABV it's very easy to drink. Overall, this is a German Pilsner with an attitude. It's tasty and an easy drinker. I enjoyed it with extra sharp cheese and strawberries.

Really nice hop combo in this lager. Great mouthfeel and crispness of this lager. Drink-ability and the level of refreshment is rather high. Will definitely revisit this German Pils when Maplewood brews this beer again!

Pours a crystal clear bright golden color. Quite effervescent. Thin velvety white head dissipates pretty quickly, but not completely. A thin layer of velvety foam remains on the top of the beer. No real lacing.

Aroma has notes of faint notes of grass, lemon grass, fresh orange, and some light lemon-y notes. Bit of straw comes through.

Taste has notes of straw, lemon grass, fresh orange and clementine, and some light herbal grassiness on the back end. The grassy bitterness actually kind of builds on itself as the beer is consumed making it more pronounced about halfway through. Does have a pretty clean, crisp profile.

Feel is light, crisp, and easy drinking. Bright carbonation. Semi-dry finish.

Overall a really nice easy drinking pilsner. The word play in the name is fantastic though - cashmere hopped pilsner - giving you the name Cashmere Pulaski.
