500 ml bottle poured into a tulip.
a: Semi hazy golden Straw body with grapey hue. 2 finger bleach white fizzy head that dissipates immediately into nothing.
s: Graham cracker. Grassy, grape and apple skin, slight funk on the end.
t: Citrus, grassy, crackly Rye, grape skins, spicy finish with some slight funk.
mf: Light body, zesty carbonation. Refreshing, drinkable.
o: This beer was reminiscent of wine, carbonation aside. As a fan of rye, it was definitely present but not as pronounced as the Spelt was in Batch #4.

Look: Light yellow, think Bud Lite. Fizzy white head quickly dissipates into nothing. Ah well.
Smell: Tart lemons, some green apple skin. Not complex, but what's here is good.
Taste: Follows the nose, but lacking a bit in complexity; the price to pay for a kettle sour I suppose. There's some clove/spicy saison yeast coming through with a little spicy rye on the finish as well, but it's all pretty quick. Nice drying on the finish at least. Despite some shortcomings, this is a super drinkable brew.
Feel: Light, with low but prickly carbonation. It's tough not to chug it, but at $6.99, I'm trying to take it slow.
Overall: Yes, this is a low rating but I still recommend seeking this out. It's tart and refreshing, it's just not anything crazy.
