16.9 pint fl oz. bottle to tulip. Bottle from Oliver's, Albany, NY.
The appearance was a pale yellow color with a two finger's worth of white foamy head that fell off at a good pace. Some lace, somewhat messy.
The aroma had a nice blend of lemongrass, freshly cut grass, sweet oats, white pepper, light citrus pulp, and a light funkiness. Some sour citrus rind.
The flavor was a blend of the sour, the funk, the sweet and a nice tartness of all of those previously mentioned aromas. White pepper seemed quite displaced. Semi-sticky sweet to tart little aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV seemed just a touch lower than what was projected, but honestly, that didn't bother me because though I can't find a date, I believe this is slightly aged. Oats did a fantastic job of smoothing out the harshness in this beer.
Overall, now that's quite a different American Wild Ale as it's way smoother than expected. I never would have thought. Too bad, it's retired, as I would love to have this again.

On tap at Pastoral in Boston.
Pours a clear, light yellow.
Smell is very crisp, with hints of yeast, apples and peach.
Very smooth, mildly yeasty flavor. Brett and apples in the back. Easy to drink, and refreshing.
Light and crisp, but with a bit of chewyness, very nice.
Overall, a really nice Belgian style beer, went well with Italian food.

appearance- Light golden yellow in color, cloudy, and pours a fizzy two inch head.
aroma- Tart/funk, lemon, and grainy malt sweetness.
taste- Starts off with a noticeable tartness, some peppery yeast, and a crackery/grainy malt flavor. Finish sees some lemon/lime sweetness that adds great balance to dry/tart beginning.
feel- Light bodied, medium/high carbonation, dry, crisp, A little creamy, and incredibly refreshing.
overall- This is an awesome farmhouse ale. The tartness is perfect as it reaches a peak where I thought it might be too much, but then it drops off almost instantly creating a mouthwatering feel. Easily one of the most refreshing beers I've had. Nice range of flavors and world class feel/drinkability. Definitely a must try beer and I'm excited to what else comes from Kent Falls.

Look: Hazy pale yellow. Head dissipates quickly, but since it's a brett beer it's fine. Damn it's purdy.
Smell: As soon as you open the bottle, the room fills up with that barnyard funk. Hay, horse blanket, spicy Belgian yeast esters, and a bit of lemony goodness. My god, this is phenomenal. Right up there with HF's Arthur.
Taste: Masterful. Belgian yeast leads the way with its peppery spice, backed up by tart brett funk and perhaps a hint of oat. Finish is tingly lemon/lemon rind. Dryness and tartness dialed in perfectly here; subtlety is Kent Falls' strength. American Saison at its finest.
Feel: Light- medium body (thanks oats!) that drinks so effortlessly . The tart lemon finish is thirst quenching and invites further sips.
Overall: I'm absolutely blown away by this beer. Forget driving up to Hill Farmstead, we've got our own Farmhouse powerhouse in our backyard. Definitely seek this out.
