Split a bottle with a buddy. Orange/tan body with a fluffy, soapy-white head. Nice funky, musty and earthy aroma out of the bottle. Taste has slight citrus by way of a hint of lemon but more green apple and grape skin. Musty attic, dried hay, dried cheese - this has some good funk to it, especially for the ABV. Bone dry and effervescent on the tongue. Nice beer.

A very pretty and cloudy dark straw colored pour is briefly topped by a white thick top hat of foam that kicks back to lasting skim and leaves behind lace designs.
General herbal spiciness in aroma is accompanied by clove and pepper earthy notes. Hidden in the mix is a soft, sweet floral that is accompanied wonderfully by some righteous, rounded tart.
Med. strength taste fronted by pepper, a touch of malty, doughy sweet., and some citrus and herbal notes as well. Along the way as it warms and opens some delicious tart over ripe fruit notes come in to join the citrus and pepper, evolving to end it excellently. Very clean and delicious.
Low carb., very soft on palate, lt./med. bodied, excellent finish, extremely refreshing.
Another tasty, interesting, impeccably crafted saison from Kent Falls. Hard to say how the "modern German hops" impacted here, but the hop bite is one of the best things about this.

About as complex and artisanal as you are going to find for a sessionable Belgian offering. Quaffable and great for hot weather yet complex and crushable
