poors a hazy yellow. good lacing that sticks to the sides of the tulip glass. Head dissipated quickly but I poured it very gently.
not much of a nose on this beer yet with only 5 minutes into it
taste initially sweet with bitterness next. incredibly smooth and drinkable. long bitter finish that stays
great mouthfeel, low on the carbonation side
overall a great brew from these guys. I was recently at the brewery and tried a bunch of beers that were a little to extreme for me. this one is more in my range of tastes.
