Poured from 16-ounce can into a stemless wine glass. Very interesting appearance. Pale yellow, slightly hazy, with a brilliant white head that looks like sea foam. Lots and lots of sticky lacing. Very interesting aroma as well, with an intense floral note (rose?) up front plus undertones of light malt and yeast. These obtain on the palate as well, but - surprise! - this could almost pass for a wild sour, with huge flavors of yeast funk and tart fruit. Dry finish, with a little astringence. This sample was way out of date (I got it in a trade and forgot about it) but the years have had no ill effect. Fantastic beer!

Poured from a 16oz can dated 4/27/20. Decent foamy white head but it doesn't last. Body is a Pils color, light gold, but you cannot see through it. Not super hazy, plenty of light getting through, more like "overcast".
Bready aroma, but the hops hint on what's to come.
You might call this an unbalanced Pilsner. Not that that's a bad thing because balance is not what the label advertises. As a guy who likes both Pilsners and IPA's, this is fine with me. This is not super hoppy, but if an IPA-only person had to drink this they would not complain.
Overall a cool take on style tweaking.

Half inch head, relatively hazy, clean and crisp, citrus and a classic Pilsner taste... can’t fully describe but an interesting Pilsner, I dig it!!

A: The beer is slightly hazy pale yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left some specks of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge of the glass, and some lacing down the sides.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral and sour citrusy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light flavors of sour, citrusy hops with a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has more flavors of hops than malts and is a little sour.
Serving type: can

This is a very interesting beer. I haven't had an unfiltered pilsner before, so I'm not sure how to rate to style. Nonetheless, here's a stab at it.
It pours a murky pale orange, not much head, lots of lacing down the glass. The smell is rich tropical fruit, some leathery notes. The taste is heavy on the papaya, brightly earthy, with a little tobacco that degrades into a sad saccharine mulchy flavor at the finish - seems to want a little rounding, somehow. It's chewy in the mouth, rather slick. I like this beer, but I am not quite sure what they're going for.
