This one was bottled December 2020 and the ABV is 3.8, so not sure if it’s the same. But it’s pretty damn tasty. Looks like cloudy champagne, good amount of floaties, not a big or long lasting head. Smell is more lemony citrus before the Brett asserts in the undercurrent. Taste is tart citrus, zesty, juicy, slightly funky. Crisp and dry finish, light body. Just an excellent saison.
