Pours a lightly cloudy golden orange color. Thin white head initially appears before dissipating. Aroma has notes of light bready malts, some light woodiness and a touch fo grassy hops. Taste follows the nose with bready malts, some grassy hops and a lovely smooth, light woodiness or oakiness from the foeder. Feel is light, crisp with a dry finish. Moderate carbonation. Overall a lovely beer with an excellent addition of the oakiness from the foeder.

 

Mostly clear. Light amber in color with loads of dense foamy head with excellent retention and lacing. Aroma is grains & malt with a little bit of depth presumably added by the time in the foeder. Moderately malty on the tongue. Clean, with a soft finish. Medium bodied and very smooth. If you're into lagers, this is a good one.
