Cellared one year. Lighter sandy orange colored body with a white collar. Soft yet flavorful balaton cherry with brett and soft cheesecloth funk nose. Taste adds balsamic vinegar, oak, loses floral notes. Soft and pleasant feel, sour with limited acidity, goes down easy. Spring or summer for this twist on the table beer
