2021 is a Simcoe farmhouse ale made with Endeavor barley, Connecticut grown Emmer and hopped with hole cone aged Simcoe for a delicate over ripe fruit and hop funk with a charge of current crop Simcoe pellets for a bright burst of orange and pine. Pleasantly tart and refreshing.
