Pours a rather cloudy light peach-yellow color. Its cloudy enough that the beer ends up being rather opaque. Two finger white sudsy head forms on the beer then dissipates leaving a splotch of foam on top of the beer.
Aroma is funky and barnyard-y from the moment you crack the bottle. Underneath that are light notes of fresh peaches, lemon, and a light oakiness.
Taste is about as funky as the nose implied with a funky, acidic, tartness taking over the palate up front. Lighter notes of oak, lemon, peach, nectarine, orange and mint come through once your palate acclimates to the funky tartness of the beer. There is a light graininess to the malt base of this beer. Not much in the way of sweetness in this one.
Feel is light to moderately bodied. Tart enough to produce a palpable puckering sensation. On the drier side in the finish. Moderate carbonation.
Overall a really lovely tart farmhouse ale from Kent Falls.

Mildly cloudy, light amber body; plenty of lively carbonation; thin yet lasting head, dense and creamy. Classic barnyard smell but not too intense overall; esters with a very subtle citrus element. Intense tart flavors; lemon and lime with over-ripe peach. Medium body; tangy and acidic; mildly coarse on the palate.
Overall, this is a fine hybrid farmhouse beer. The label indicates this beer is part oak-aged pale ale and part farmhouse ale, all conditioned on yellow peaches. The beer exudes a fair presence of sour flavor yet doesn't go overboard, and the entire beer really settles in as it opens up with some warmth.
