“Family Vines is a series of beers in which grapes from the Thrall Family vineyard are incorporated into the fermentation or aging process in a variety of ways. For Family Vines 2, we co-fermented freshly pressed juice from 2020 harvest Reisling grapes which was co-fermented with a table beer made from Northeastern grown Endeavor barley. The result is an extremely dry, yet bodied beer with a delicate stone fruit and mineralogy.”
A great cross between beer and wine. It exhibits the characteristics of a farmhouse ale with a Riesling finish
