On side pull tap at Armsby Abbey in Worcester, MA.

This one pours a clean golden yellow color, with a tight fluffy head and lots of lacing.

This smells like biscuity malt, oak, lemon, spicy and grassy hops, and some doughiness.

I really do tend to love foeder aged lagers. The oak gives off a slight toastiness here, but mostly serves gives this a very pleasant and warm “roundness” flavor. There’s lemon zest, herbal and spicy hops, and a soft doughy malt character that is just excellent.

This is lighter bodied, soft, clean, and super drinkable.

You can always count on finding really unique and tasty lagers on the taps at Armsby.
