Appearance: Dark brownish red, almost opaque, with light coffee colored head.
Smell: Sticky, sweet honey, floral hop smell. Wow...The waitress wasn't sure which type of hops were used, but I suspect Cascade.
Taste: Very IPA-like, with a nice mellow malty start, with a dry, hoppy bitter finish. Mouthfeel is medium. If you like moderately hoppy/bitter Beers, you'll enjoy this one.
