This beer is an homage. An homage to days gone by on our family farm in Schwoich. And especially to grandfather Peter who loved to drink a beer while playing his accordion. This modern interpretation of a classic Kellerbeer is brewed with homegrown barley and Hallertauer hops. Your daily dose of Tyrolean beerculture.

330ml bottle served in a footed pilsner glass. Bottle date is 30.05.2024 #1174/75. I think I bought this in Munich.
Pours a clear burnished brass with a medium sized head that fades into a thin, uneven cap. Active carbonation is quite noticeable. Smell is bready, grainy, a little yeast, moderate honey sweetness.
Taste is not nearly as sweet as the aroma promised. It's grainy but more in a husk sort of sense, a little bit earthy. Grassiness is just a shadow in the background.
Mouthfeel is light, clean, super dry. Overall, nice beer.
