16 oz can into a Weizen glass.
L: SRM 3 Pours lightly yeasted pale light orange with lighter edges, steady carbonation, a fizzy thin head that instantly goes to very thin edge foam, no lacing.
S: Bready malts, a hint of banana, lightly nutty.
T: Banana bread, a hint of pear, distant honey, light cereal grains, yeast.
F: Slick, smooth and soft medium bodied feel with a med-light lengthy dry finish. It is a little bit sticky. Good mouthfeel retention.
O: This beer leans sweet with a good touch of honey and yeast. A dash of banana and pear are balanced. It has a soft water feel but is lacking life. It's okay in its style.

Very nice traditional wheat beer. Crisp taste with some notes of banana for sure but very subtle. Has a cloudy honey color and drinks well. Pairing beautifully with swiss almond cheese dip at the moment while sitting by a roaring fire watching a gentle snow storm by a stream. What more could you ask for?

500ml, solid-ass bottle. There's been snow on the ground here for over a week, so let's have a nice summery wheat brew, shall we?
This beer pours a slightly hazy, pale golden yellow colour, with three fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and somewhat creamy bone-white head, which leaves some rising smoke layer lace around the glass as it gently subsides.
It smells of gritty and grainy wheat malt, a lesser pale caramel character, underripe bananas, white grape juice, an estery yeastiness, some mixed earthy spices, and a very tame leafy and grassy hop bitterness. The taste is bready and doughy wheat malt, further pale cereal notes, sugary banana, fermenting white wine, coriander and black pepper spice, faint domestic citrus, and sort of phenolic yeast.
The carbonation is fairly robust in its swirling frothiness, the body a so-so medium weight, and mostly smooth, just a touch of yeasty intransigence taking the sheen off of things here. It finishes off-dry, with a wheaty, yeasty, spicy, and fruity flourish of sorts.
Overall, this is a well made enough version of the style, the vast majority of the points being hit hard, and in the yeast's case, perhaps a little too hard. Other than that, this is easy to put back, and enjoyable when you don't think too much about it.

Appearance - This beer pours a slightly hazy straw color, with 3 fingers head that dies down quick leaving a thin film over the top of the beer.
Aroma - Oddly enough wheat stands out, followed by corriander, banana, and bread.
Taste - Wheat, medicinal pheynols, some banana, corriander, orange peel.
Feel - Medium bodied with sharp carbonation, not bitter at all, almost a dry tarty finish.
Overall - For me this is an odd one, The medicinal taste over powers everything and it just doesnt cut it for the style. It is drinkable but I dont think ill buy it again.
