Served on cask.
Aroma of spicy and citrusy hops. I was told it was brewed with Galaxy in the boil and Chinook as a dry hop.Orange color with decent clarity. Moderate head retention and lacing. Nice hop flavor although the spicy hop character comes through more so than citrus or anything else. A bit of caramel on the palate. Nicely balanced. It was served warmer and with less carbonation in cask tradition. Pretty drinkable and a nice offering.
