A- Banana cream yellow is pretty close to being opaque. Small but appetizing creamy foam on top. Looks like it'll be a pretty thick drink.
S. Smelling a bit of public restroom in here. Like a dirty chlorine smell. Underneath is a nice banana cream and a touch of clove. Eager to taste.
T- Wow this is good. Very fruity. Seems like the yeast brings banana (less than the smell hinted though) while the hops contribute a familiar grapefruit and orange. Combined, it seems to meld into an apricot and mango. Bitterness is more grassy than grapefruit rind. All kind of milky. Great.
M- Full. Probably due to how much suspended yeast there is. Medium but prickly carbonation. More astringent from the hops rather than dry.
D- Tastes great but might be a bit thick too drink much of.
This is really good. I'm surprised. Many montreal brewpub saisons tend to be watery but this one is far(very) from that. Hard to find the 7.1abv as well.
Would definitely buy this again. I'm actually kind of craving one as I'm typing this.

Amber hue, clear, unfortunately filtered. Well-laced foamy head, quite sticky. Low apparent carbonation level. Rather hard to take a good sniff in that particular pub even if it's barely noon, but this is quite yeasty and spicy (coriander, romarin). Taste is also yeasty with wheatish hay, wet herbs at first, but quickly fades into an honorable pilsner-ish dry finish. I think they've used Saaz in that one and it made a terrific result as this came out pretty crisp. Ever dreamt of a coriander spiced pilsner? This is it! Fresh and clean herbal qualities compensate for the absence of funk (which was unexpected in this country anyway). Now that's a good beer. The brewer obviously can do nice things when he puts the effort and try something different and mild mainstreams. I'd deeply love to try an unfiltered version on a sunny summer day where the weather could be 40+ celsius higher than today's.
