Cloudy orange color. Small head and no lace.
A like was placed on the glass and that's the first smell I get from the beer.
High carbonation but the body holds up to it. It's a little sweet without much wheat initially. There's a bit of apricot to the swallow. Okay aftertaste time wise.

This beer is about as average as you can get for a witbier. It is actually on the lighter side, by ABV and flavor standards. A light citrus flavor is present. Good carbonation. Slight bitterness.
I really think that all of La Diable's beers play it way too safe. This beer needs a whole lot more something - whether it's a bit of caramel, a bit more hop flavor, a bit more spice character, or a bit more citrus - I just wish there was something more to say about this beer.

Appearance - beer pours a cloudy ale color, hard to tell the amount of carbonation. There is about 2 fingers head that quickly dissipates. Some nice lacing occurs in the glass.
Smell - natural smelling beer, with some hops present right away. There is an orange base to the smell. Overall not an impact smelling beer
Taste - very hop flavoured beer combined with the orange/citrus taste. Light in tasting and almost too light. Aftertaste is almost non-present.
Mouthfeel - mouthfeel is very nice, the carbonation adds to the tatse on the pallet. Not much bitterness or aftertaste to this beer. The beer does have a much fuller feel.
Drinkability- nice drinking light beer if you are looking for that. Not something I'd pick out of all their beers on tap, but worth a try.
