Had it tap in a stein style mug. Good head and lacing atop a clear yellow body. Pleasantly clean smell and taste. Nice dryness, no off putting sweetness. It went very well with food and I would order again.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Nice golden color with good clarity and pure white head. Subtle aroma of lager hops and a faint malt presence. The taste is clean with no off flavors discernible. This beer style is notoriously unforgiving and a challenge for a small brewery to do well. I was very impressed with how well it was crafted. To be a top-notch Helles, I think it could use a little more maltiness but as an American Pale Lager, it was spot on with perfect mouth feel, carbonation and bittering levels. Can't wait to try more styles from this little brewery that is located out there just the other side of Nowhere!

Draft at Saucer Sugar Land. Brilliant pale golden color. Well developed head that holds up well for style. Very grassy aroma, some lemon citrusy notes in finish. Clean smooth malt presence with just enough bittering to balance out. Plenty of CO2 to deftly deliver forth but not overwhelm. Been sorta avoiding since afterall it's not the most glamorous style, but this is worth going back for.
