V: big place, high ceilings so it's not intimate. Feels like a nice big lounge more than a lively pub or bar. It sits right in the middle of the hipster craft beer scene and this is more of a sharp place. A nice alternative. Bonus points for live music at night. They have a big screen but this is really not a sports bar.
Q: All the beers are at least better than average but I think the RYE IPA and Oatmeal Stout are my faves.
S: Really friendly sharp staff. More "sharp, friendly and service oriented" than beer-geeky so it really depends what you're looking for at the time.
S: I'm looking forward to seeing some new beers into the rotation
F: Excellent food! I was especially impressed with the fungi pizza and gnocchi.
