Look: The beer has a golden and opaque body. It produces a two-finger resilient white head. After a few minutes, the head recedes to a thin film, but keeps lacing the glass as it is being consumed.
Smell: The nose presages a tasting that will not be dominated by hops. The nose is reminiscent of an unopened orange.
Taste: Right of the bat, the beer has a nice bready and grainy taste. The latter is soon attenuated by notes of mangos and even a little bit of clove. This is a testament to the presence of yeast enzymes.
Feel: The beer has a moderate carbonation. It is essentially low-bodied despite the presence of notes of cloves. Moreover, it is akin to a sour pilsner, which is fine. Thus, it has a slight juicy feel and a clean finish.
Overall: The beer is easy to drink and is perfect for the summer.
