This brew has been a long time coming and is joining the ranks as our newest flagship. A delightfully hazy and juicy IPA that is soft on the palate and reminiscent of a tropical fruit tray owed all to a generous dry-hop combo of Mosaic, El Dorado and Sabro.

473 mL can from Superstore; dated Jun 9 2023 and served slightly chilled.
Pours foggy and translucent, its golden yellow-hued body crowned with nearly two fingers of puffy, foamy white head that recedes over the next five minutes. A generous collar of soapy suds stays in place; not a lot of lace production, but it looks fine to me. Tropical aromas of tangerine, mango, coconut and passion fruit, with added hints of bubble gum, peach and watermelon.
There's a flash of orange juice sweetness & tartness at the forefront, with tropical hop flavours filling out the rest of the profile, supported by a wheaty, grainy pale malt backbone. I'm getting melon, underripe/sour stone fruits, passion fruit and pineapple, with hints of mango and bubble gum; slightly floral on the back end, with a pithy, mildly tart finish that trends dry. Medium in body, with moderate carbonation that softly agitates the surface of the palate, adding some bite to this brew's otherwise smooth, plush mouthfeel. Easy to drink, but one or two servings would be plenty.
Final Grade: 4.02, an A-. From Beyond starts off strong, but fades to a whimper by the end of the sip - that contrast between the juicy forefront and the comparatively tame finish comes off a bit strange, and at least a little disappointing. If those big tangerine and tropical fruit flavours had lasted, this would be one of the best Ontario IPAs I've tried all year - and don't get me wrong, it's still quite good... it's just that it's *so* close to being amazing, that that in and of itself is the biggest letdown. I will definitely buy this beer again if I can find it fresh, and would encourage other hopheads to do the same.

Pours light straw color with a patchy, smallish head. The aroma is of orange and lemon hops along with some cookie dough pale malts. The taste is of bright, citrusy hops with a tart twang and bready malts in the back. Full bodied mouthfeel with high carbonation. Moderate bitterness in the long, malty finish.
A nice orangey IPA with moderate bitterness and a tart edge. Worth a try.

A-Yellow with a nice white head and good lacing
S-Fruit and somewhat yeasty aroma with a fragrant floral character
M-Medium body and lower end carbonation with a pillowy mouthfeel
T-Sweet upfront with a subtle bitterness that was more marshmallow in nature. Some element of cotton candy in there
O-Nice brew. Simple and easy.

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. LCBO purchase for around $3.75 CDN. Canned June 21, 2022.
Appearance - Typical hazy yellowy gold colored brew with two rocky fingers of white and pretty good head retention. Nice sticky swaths of lace.
Smell - Light tropical notes, something sweet like a pineapple and especially guava combo. Passionfruit too. Not the most intense, but a pleasant bouquet.
Taste - Semi sweet before adding a little bitterness. Some pineapple with orange and maybe passionfruit on the tongue. Modest matly backbone.
Mouthfeel - Kind of fizzy, medium bodied and not particularly juicy. Moderately dry finish. The fizziness is kind of strange with an IPA.
Overall - A solid IPA, but in an increasingly hard to stand out field, From Beyond doesn;t quite do it.
