On tap at The Zoo, Portland Maine.
Hazy gold with minimal head or retention. Light citrus in the nose with hints of tart apples and grapefruit. Light bodied with a crisp mouthfeel. Tart and snappy on the palate with drying citrus and zero malt. Carbonation low for a Saison.
Not much funk given the name.

Pint can dated 11/30/17. Seems pretty close to Phunks #5 and #6, but not as good as well as I can judge from memory and prior reviews. Probably a factor of freshness and storage. This one's been sitting somewhere for 6 months, probably at room temperature. My previous tastings for #5 and #6 were of cans a month or two old.
