A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color with some amber hues and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow collar consisting of bright white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of oaky vanilla and white wine are present in the nose along with notes of sourness.
T: The taste follows the smell and is sour with lots of flavors of oaky vanilla along with strong notes of white wine.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that this beer had a very nice balance between the flavors of oaky vanilla and white wine. It wasn't overly sour.
