Our Fleadh Ale (pronounced Flaa) is a celebration of legendary festivals in Irish Mythological society. A Fleadh is an ancient Irish cultural event of music, dance story & song. Our Red IPA is a symphony of complex earthy malts and fresh, forward hops that play the lead in this ensemble. The resulting performance is a seamless combination of fruits and caramel, complimented by the distinctively fresh pine tones.

I am biased towards real American Ambers and similarly disappointed when a beer can't live up to the expectations. Usually this is the case with the Reds brewed in the Old World... Simply something is missing. Perhaps the amount of hops or their intensity? Not sure, but all seem a little bit watery somehow, lacking that true character that makes all American Ambers really great. A pity but this one isn't there yet...
