Cascade and Simcoe hops give this IPA a strong double hopped flavour with a carefully balanced to give it a clean finishing even background.

A decent taste but nothing special.

Light citrus hop aroma. Home brew. No sweetness, no malt, no body and no real hop flavour. Looks good though. Fairly new brewery, looks like they are having growing pains and experimenting with the process as my review is quite different from the others.

A - Poured a medium orange colour, slightly amber, with a thin layer of white head.
S - Pine, grapefruit and a substantial sweet caramel aroma.
T - Huge pine and spicy notes up front with a huge sweet caramel backbone. A fairly substantial bitterness, especially for the stated 45 IBU. Not my cup of tea.
M - Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. A little bit over-carbonated for my liking.

Quite malty, with the hops failing to provide significant flavour beyond a moderate bitterness. A bit of pine and very light citrus. Rather muddled by the malts. Too sweet, flavour doesn't come together well- seems muddled.
