The entire inside is made of wood, dim lit gives off northern ski bar vibe. With the pictures and actual toboggans around it makes you want to go out and sled down a hill. Staff was nice and the food was excellent. Their beer selection was a typical restaurant/ brewery selection nothing special.

Been here many times since they first opened in 2015. Notable in that it's the only brewpub in London's downtown core.
Large bar and dining room area with several flatscreen TVs playing the games and lots of seating throughout. Pizza oven and kitchen are clearly visible to patrons, which I like. In the summertime the upstairs patio is open, and it is worth checking out.
Service is efficient and no frills - you won't have a long conversation with the bartender about their favourite imperial stout here, but you never have to wait long for your beer to arrive. Food is above average pub grub (pizza, wings, tacos, etc.), and reasonably priced.
In terms of selection, they have 9 of their own beers on tap and a couple house ciders as well. 15 guest taps are mostly craft, with Central City, Anderson, Flying Monkeys, and Muskoka beers making regular appearances.
House beers I've tried include the APA, Stout, Kolsch, Hop Force Trauma & Lunatic Fridge IPAs, Vanilla Stout, IPA-Nema, Belgian Wheat, and Marzen. All have been decent to very good. Nothing that they make is world-beating or envelope-pushing, to be sure. But overall the beer quality is fairly consistent, and I have yet to try a bad or even subpar beer from these guys.
In sum, Toboggan is a solid option for dinner and drinks downtown, or beer to go if you're in the area, and I welcome its presence in London's ever-evolving beer scene. Worth a stop.

This was a pretty good place. Food was OK, but not the best. The beer selection was decent, but nothing mind-blowing. After going to another place down the street, it was clear that Toboggan didn't compare. That said, the atmosphere was really cool and they have a beer store in the bar. Service was very good. As for the tap and bottle list, they didn't have anything barrel-aged, which was a bummer. They had one stout (which was fine, but quite light).
