A citrus packed hoppy hybrid ale with a crisp, clean lager finish. Brewed with a blend of Pilsner & Pale malts for a light body and bright American hops – Mosaic, El Dorado and Idaho 7 – for flavors of tropical fruit, berries, citrus and pine.

12 oz. can, dated 08/01/19, poured carefully into tall pilsner glass
Straw-colored cloudy body with minimal white head hosts a lot of upward bubble traffic
Pilsner type malt aromas are subtle, with citrus and hop overtones
Taste follows nose, with the hop bitterness overlaying the pilsner malt sweetness . Cleaner than ale, more hoppy than lager.
It is what it says is, worth checking out if you love pale lagers, and the craft ipa's...it's a mix of those. A neat twist, like twisting a starfruit or some weird tart fruit into your pale lager.
Will enjoy them this week anyway - at over 6%abv, its all good!
