A short time ago in a brewery close, close by... a new beer was born. An IPA made with Millennium, Falconer's Flight & Galaxy hops. Deep orange in color with distinct tropical, citrus & stone fruit characteristics. Finishes crisp & clean.

Picked up a single from the Ingles cooler on Highland Lakes Road 10-20-21 for $1.83. Canned 9-28-21; consumed 1-26-22. Cold stored since purchase.

Beer poured a clear copper color with a very nice white head that has some hang time.

Nose is tropical fruit forward along with some citrus.

Taste is gooseberry, lemon, grapefruit, and orange. Finishes with a nice rind bitterness; 6/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and crushable.

Overall a very tasty crushable brew. Definitely would have a sixer of this next time it is brewed!

This 6.3% abv pours a beautiful clear golden amber with a good almost-white head that emits excellent aromas of malt and unique hop blend that is clean and refreshing. The taste matches the nose perfectly. Not too much of a sweetness, and a crisp dry finish overall. It's one of my favorite iPA brews lately because it isn't a candy bomb or over powerful. A really good local IPA that soars above some nationally recognized brands.

On tap at BCO taproom, and perfectly filled.
Awesome deep orange body is clear, good white head.
Wonderful full hop aromas (not served in an ipa glass so it was minimized )
Tase follows in smoothly, candied citrus peel malts firing and big hops answering perfectly like a dogfight of tie fighters and X wing fighters. A real clean and dry, perfect finish! Awesome.
Overall a 4.5 at least.. I could go up if I had a few more.....
Did Yoda make this? I

Recommend this he does.

I'm trying this at my bestie's house in NC. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had tropical fruit presence. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus peel flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.
