Had a pint before lunch with Da Boss while visiting the brewpub 7-31-2021 for $5.50.
Beer was served a chilled gold with a solid white head when served.
Nose was modest with herbal and citrus front and center.
Taste was good, as a average sized pale malt base displayed grapefruit and orange tinged hops nicely. Finished with a piney and peppery hop; 6/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall a solid mostly WCIPA.
