Real tart & sweet red raspberries & blackberries & a dash of salt combine with a light malt bill and the sour power of lactobacillus brevis to create this juicy, fruity twist on the classic gose style sour ale.

Looks like pink lemonade but more opaque, white collar is sudsy leaving spotted lacing. Smell captures the various berries with the wheat and salt with a kiss of lacto beautifully, really pleasant and refreshing. Taste is not as clean or integrated: blackberry is stronger but raspberry tartness carries longer, wheat is thin but salt is the appropriate snap on the finish, parts can be easily tasted apart but still a very good sip. Feel is playfully tart, light, crisp, fuller bodied for style but not heavy. Fun take on the gose, would be great in earlier summer
