Crushable Moteuka and Mosaic hopped smooth and balanced double. Just enough maltiness works perfectly with the pile of whirlpool and dry hops. The result is a classic west coast hop bomb.

Drinkable IPA but middle of the pack. To me smells East Coast but you get hit with a little West Coast pine in the taste. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it but as a free party beer better than the massed produced stuff.

White Lion Ferocity DIPA
16 oz. silver can, part of a 4 pack
Jet Ink on the bottom of the can stating 'Double Down'
A hop centric citrus oriented double IPA with mainly an orange or tangerine profile and a hint of lime. Think Juicy Fruit gum sweetness with a solid toasted biscuit malt background to even things out. The 8.8% is quite deceiving in the West Coast style Double IPA. Welcomed hop burps quickly ensue after several sips.
This was my second time purchasing this beer at a local supermarket and I'm glad I did. I'm gonna have to check out more offerings from this brewery in Western Mass. Enjoyable!

16 oz can into IPA glass. No date.
Look is nice golden cloud with orange tinge. Smell is light tropical fruit. Taste follows nose with an orange citrus taste. Fell is fairly light for this ABV. Overall a nice DIPA. Nothing special but very well done and drinkable.

Ferocity Double IPA by White Lion Brewing Company, 8.8% ABV, 75 IBU. Moteuka and Mosaic hopped ,16 oz. can poured into a Sam Adams glass.
This brew was just an okay brew made a bit better by the higher ABV. Made well but nothing sets it aside from the rest.

16oz can poured into pint glass with a nice 1" head. Darker, hazy color with a malt and tropical nose with a hint of pine. Palate matches with a pretty heavy malt character with a touch of resin and tropical fruit. Palate is medium bodied and finishes with a touch of resin. Decent, but probably won't jump on it again.
