A part of our hopsicle sour series. Loads of blueberry complimented by marshmallow round out this kettle sour.

Much better than expected given the word Marshallow in the title. A balanced and refined sour. A lot better than expected.

No apparent canning date.
Translucent medium ruby-red, with slight, quickly-dissipating light pink head.
Smells of cooked or dried blueberries, cream, and vanilla (as in vanilla taffy, or, of course, marshmallow).
Taste is lightly-sour blueberry+cranberry, with a kiss of vanilla.
Feel is light-medium, initially juicy , with fine, sharp carbonation bite finishing it off.
Overall, nice balance of sour and sweet . Avoids the pitfall of too much lactose, &/or marshmallow , as the case may be. A bit rough in feel, but minorly so. I'd still be interested in trying others in the Hopsicle series.
